These Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of the AI Dispatchers service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your business.
AI Dispatchers provides an AI voice agent and related tools that answer calls, schedule appointments, capture leads, and send messages on your behalf. We may update, improve, or change features over time. The service assists your business but does not replace your own professional judgment.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
You are responsible for the content the agent represents (your services, pricing, and policies), for required disclosures to callers, and for honoring opt-out requests. You agree to use SMS features only under properly registered campaigns and with appropriate consent.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the rate shown when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for any third-party telephony or messaging charges where noted.
Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We own the service, software, and related materials. You own your business content and customer data. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.
The service is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the agent will handle every call perfectly, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet every regulatory requirement specific to your business. You remain responsible for your own legal compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Dispatchers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify AI Dispatchers against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your failure to obtain required consents or comply with applicable laws.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AI Dispatchers operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
